/ Process overview

Human judgement. Not an algorithm.

Two to four weeks from brief to live partnership. Speed through curation, not shortcuts.

Every match starts with a human reading a brief and reviewing a roster. No automated shortlisting, no spray-and-pray introductions — only proposals we'd put our name on.

— Four clear steps

From first contact to confirmed partnership

Brief or application

01

Brands submit a campaign brief. Creators submit a profile application. Both sides are assessed against our standards before any introduction is made.

Editorial review

02

A member of our team reads the brief, reviews the current roster, and identifies creators whose audience profile and content track record genuinely align with the brand.

Curated proposal

03

We present a shortlist — typically two to four creators — with rationale for each. No padding the deck to look busy. Every name on the list is there because the fit is defensible.

Confirmed partnership

04

Brand and creator align on terms. We manage the agreement handoff and remain the point of contact throughout the campaign — from signed brief to final deliverable.

That is the typical window from brief submission to a live, confirmed partnership. The pace is a product of curation: because the roster is pre-vetted, there is no discovery lag.

2 – 4 weeks

Complex multi-creator campaigns or highly specific audience requirements may extend to six weeks. We flag scope early so timelines are never a surprise.
